Common questions
How do my clients pay me? You connect your own Stripe account in Settings, then your clients pay invoices and deposits by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your Stripe account. Raoura never holds your funds and takes no cut of your client payments.
What does Raoura cost? One flat plan, $17 a month, with a free trial to start. You can cancel anytime from Settings, under Plan.
How do I cancel? Open Settings, go to the Plan tab, and choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe, where you can cancel or update your card. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do AI credits and refunds work? Each AI draft or brand match uses one credit. Your plan includes monthly credits (they reset each month), and you can buy prepaid packs that never expire. Used credits are non-refundable. New subscriptions have a 14-day money-back period on the first payment, reduced by the value of any credits already used; after that you can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period.
