Write the scope, set the price, and choose how it bills: a single payment, a deposit to start with the balance invoiced later, or a subscription that renews monthly or yearly.

Offer optional add-ons the client can tick at checkout, like a rush turnaround or an extra revision, and create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes with an optional expiry and usage limit.
Publish your catalog or send one link
Turn on your catalog for a single branded page holding everything you offer, or send one package straight to a client. Both carry your logo, colors, and name.
They buy and the work sets itself up
The client picks add-ons, enters a code if you gave them one, and pays by card or Apple Pay. Raoura creates the client, raises the invoice, and opens their portal automatically, so the job is ready when you sit down to start.
One-time, deposit, or subscription
Sell a package outright, take a deposit to begin and invoice the rest, or bill a monthly retainer that renews on its own. One catalog can hold all three at once.
Optional add-ons
List the extras you often get asked for and let the client choose. The total updates in front of them before they pay, so there is no follow-up email about the price.
Discount codes
Create percentage or fixed-amount codes with an optional expiry and a usage cap. Every code is validated on our server and the discount appears on the invoice, so your books stay accurate and nobody can edit a price in the browser.
Hour and credit packs
Sell a block of hours or credits. The balance sits on the client's record, you draw it down as you work, and whatever is left rolls over. Every top-up and deduction is logged with a note.
Your brand, not ours
The catalog and every order page carry your logo, colors, and font, and can run on your own domain. Your client sees your studio, never the word Raoura.
It becomes real work automatically
A purchase is not just a payment. Raoura matches or creates the client, issues the invoice, and grants portal access, so the sale and the project are the same event.
A bare payment link takes the money and leaves you the admin: no client record, no invoice, no portal, and no scope in writing. When the client asks what they bought, you are back in your inbox reconstructing it. Raoura turns the sale into the start of a project instead. And because payments run through your own Stripe account, you keep the full amount: we charge you $17 a month and nothing else, with no commission, no per-transaction markup, and no holding your funds.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still need proposals?
Only for custom work. Use a package when the scope and price are already settled, and a proposal when the job still needs shaping. Most freelancers end up using both.
Does Raoura take a percentage of the sale?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. The only deduction is Stripe's standard card processing, which goes to Stripe, not to us.
Can I sell a monthly retainer this way?
Yes. Set the package to bill monthly or yearly and Stripe charges the client automatically each period. You can see and manage it from the client's record.
What happens after someone buys?
The client is created or matched by email, an invoice is raised for the purchase, and their branded portal opens. The order appears in your Services area with the client and invoice linked.
