AI credits

Some Raoura features use AI to draft content for you, and each use spends one AI credit.

What uses a credit#

• Draft with AI on a proposal: give it a short brief (or paste a draft from elsewhere) and it fills the summary, body, "what's not included" section, and suggested line items.
• Import a file into a proposal: upload a .docx, .pdf, .html, .txt, or .md and Raoura rebuilds it in your branded template.
• Match my brand from my website: Raoura reads your public site and presets your color, font, and theme.

AI is draft-only. It never sends, signs, or charges anything; you review and edit everything before it goes anywhere.

How many you get#

• Free trial: 10 credits per month.
• Paid plan: 30 credits per month.

Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over.

Buying more#

Go to Settings, then Plan. You can buy a pack of 25 credits for $5 or 100 credits for $15. Purchased credits never expire, and they are used after your monthly credits run out.

Refunds#

Credits you have already used are not refundable, because the work is already done. Unused purchased credits may be refunded at Raoura's discretion on request.
