Videography proposal template

Thank you for considering me to produce video for [Client Company]. This proposal covers the film we will make, how production will run from concept to final delivery, and the investment, so you get a video that works where you plan to use it, delivered on schedule.

1. Phase 1, Pre-production. We lock the concept, script or interview outline, shot list, locations, talent, and schedule before anyone picks up a camera. This is where a smooth shoot day is actually made.
2. Phase 2, Production. I shoot on the agreed day(s) with the listed crew and gear, working from the shot list with room for a few unplanned frames when the moment is right.
3. Phase 3, Post-production. I edit to the agreed length, then color grade, mix sound, add titles, and license the music. You review the cut and we refine it over [2] rounds.
4. Phase 4, Delivery. You receive the final master plus platform-ready cutdowns, with captions, in the resolutions and aspect ratios agreed below.
