Migrated data (products, customers, orders) is verified by documented spot-checks against the source. The Client signs off on the staging store in writing before cutover; the old store is not switched off without that sign-off.

If the project is delayed by more than [30] days due to a lack of Client response or materials, the Contractor may pause the project and invoice for work completed to date.

7. Code, apps, and content

Custom theme code written for this project transfers to the Client on final payment. Third-party apps, themes, and platform services remain under their own licenses, purchased in the Client's name.

The Contractor retains the right to reuse general techniques and non-client-specific code.

Product data, images, and content belong to the Client. The Contractor may show the store in a portfolio unless asked otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to carry out this agreement.

The Contractor may show the finished work in a portfolio or case study unless the Client asks in writing to keep it private.
