Raoura vs SuiteDash

SuiteDash costs $19 a month with unlimited clients, unlimited staff and full white labeling. Raoura costs $17, is built for exactly one person, and includes proposals, which SuiteDash puts on its $49 tier. SuiteDash is a platform you configure. Raoura is a tool you open.

Where SuiteDash is better

We would rather you hear this from us than discover it after switching.

Unlimited staff on the $19 plan

If there is any chance you will hire a VA, a subcontractor or a partner, SuiteDash costs the same on the day you do. Raoura stops being an option entirely.

Breadth

Scheduling, a learning management system, forums, drip email and support tickets. If you want a whole client-facing business in one login, SuiteDash has the pieces.

White label at the same price

SuiteDash includes it on START, as Raoura does on its one plan. This is a draw, and it is more than most of the category offers.

Where Raoura is better

Proposals are on the plan

If you pitch work, SuiteDash's Dynamic Proposals Toolkit lives on THRIVE at $49. Raoura's proposals, with templates, an AI draft and a deposit charged on accept, cost $17.

Nothing to configure

SuiteDash is a platform you set up, and a good week on it looks like finishing a configuration. A good week on Raoura looks like never opening settings.

Milestones and deliverables

Projects staged, approved and paid one milestone at a time, with deliverables that unlock on payment and comments pinned to the mockup.

Who should pick which

Pick SuiteDash if

  • You have or expect staff, and you want them on the same login for the same price
  • You want an LMS, forums, ticketing or drip email alongside your invoicing
  • You enjoy configuring a platform to fit your process exactly

Pick Raoura if

  • You are one person and you send proposals
  • You want to be up and running the same afternoon
  • You bill by milestone or retainer and want that built in, not built

Questions

Is SuiteDash cheaper than Raoura?

On the START plan it is $19 a month or $180 a year against Raoura's $17 and $204, so roughly even. If you send proposals you need THRIVE at $49 a month, and Raoura is far cheaper.

Can I use Raoura with a team?

No. Raoura is one login by design. SuiteDash includes unlimited staff on every plan, which is the cleanest difference between the two.

Do either take a percentage of my invoices?

No. Neither tool takes a cut. Raoura routes payments to your own Stripe account at Stripe's published rate and never holds funds.

Try it on your next real proposal

Fourteen days, no card, nothing to cancel. Send one proposal, take one deposit into your own Stripe account, and decide with a real client instead of a feature table. $17 a month after that, flat.
