Raoura vs Plutio
Plutio Core costs $19 a month, allows nine active clients, and does not include white labeling. Raoura costs $17, has no client cap, and includes white labeling on its only plan. Those two sentences are most of the comparison, and the rest is the part where Plutio has more product than we do.
Disclosure. Raoura is our product. Read this the way you would read any vendor grading itself, and check Plutio's own pricing page rather than trusting either of us. Plutio's prices here were last checked in July 2026.

Where Plutio is better
We would rather you hear this from us than discover it after switching.
More product at a similar price
Core includes scheduling, a form builder, task boards and file storage alongside the documents. If you want one tool to run the whole work day, Plutio has more of it.
A path to a team
Pro includes 30 contributors for $49. Raoura cannot add a second person at any price.
Years of shipping
Plutio has been in the market far longer and has worked through more edge cases.
Where Raoura is better
No client cap
Plutio's 'active' means any client you have invited and not archived, so nine fills up faster than it sounds. Raoura has no cap at four clients or forty.
White label on the only plan
Your logo, colors, fonts and domain at $17. On Plutio that is an add-on until the $199 tier.
Milestones your client approves and pays
Staged projects with deliverables that unlock on payment are a product feature, not a board you configure.
A longer trial
Fourteen days against seven, neither asking for a card.
Who should pick which
Pick Plutio if
- You want scheduling, forms and task boards in the same tool as your invoices
- You will have fewer than nine active clients and do not need to remove Plutio's branding
- You may hire contributors and want Pro ready for them
Pick Raoura if
- You have, or will have, more than nine clients on the go
- Your own branding on the portal matters and you will not pay extra for it
- You bill by milestone or retainer and want that built in
Questions
What is Plutio's client limit?
Core allows 9 active clients at a time, where active means any client you have invited who has not been archived. Pro and Max have no limit. Raoura has no client cap on its one plan.
Does Plutio include white labeling?
Not on Core or Pro, where it is a paid add-on. It is included on Max at $199 a month. Raoura includes white labeling and a custom domain at $17.
Does either tool take a cut of payments?
No. Plutio takes no cut of invoice payments and neither does Raoura, which routes payments to your own Stripe account.
The long version
Try it on your next real proposal
Fourteen days, no card, nothing to cancel. Send one proposal, take one deposit into your own Stripe account, and decide with a real client instead of a feature table. $17 a month after that, flat.
