ManyRequests Alternatives (2026): 7 Tools Priced Against the Seat Math

Search "ManyRequests alternatives" and the third result is ManyRequests, ranking its own list of its own alternatives. Four of the remaining results are competing vendors, each of which puts itself at number one. The only page on the first screen not written by someone selling you software is a G2 category listing.

We pulled ManyRequests' pricing page on 22 July 2026, then priced every alternative those pages recommend against the thing none of them models: what happens to the bill when you add your second person, and what it costs to get the vendor's name off your client's login screen.

Disclosure before the table: Raoura is our product and it appears on this list. We are a vendor too, and we are the smallest tool here by a wide margin. We have tried to be useful anyway by publishing the rows where ManyRequests beats us, which is most of the rows if you have a team. Grade our entry the way you would grade anyone marking their own homework.

Why the results for this query are unreliable#

Five of the seven pages ranking for "ManyRequests alternatives" in July 2026 are written by companies selling a competing product, and one of them is ManyRequests.

ranks third for its own brand-plus-alternatives query. Publishing your own alternatives page is a sound defensive play, and it works, but it is not a neutral comparison and was never meant to be.

Taskip first. This is the same publisher whose client-portal listicle we fact-checked in our portal audit, where it misstated SuiteDash's entry price by $80 and Bonsai's portal tier by $10.

Sagely and Productive each rank their own product first on their own alternatives page.

comparison page for a product that is itself an alternative.

is the one page here with no product to sell. It is also sorted by review volume, which measures marketing spend as much as fit.

None of them runs the seat math, which is the only calculation that matters with ManyRequests, because seats are where the price actually moves.

What ManyRequests costs, verified#

ManyRequests is $59/mo on Core and $99/mo on Pro, dropping to $39 and $79 on annual billing, with one seat included and every additional team member costing $20 to $30 per month.

Checked against manyrequests.com/pricing on 22 July 2026. Invited clients are free and do not count as seats, which is genuinely generous and worth saying plainly.

Both plans include the client portal, time-tracking, requests, billing, CRM, reporting, unlimited clients, a custom domain, design and video proofing, and Zapier. Pro adds Slack, customisable email notifications, webhooks, extra integrations, workload management, and the option to remove "Powered by ManyRequests".

That last item is the one to notice. On the $59 plan, your client sees ManyRequests' name on the portal you bought to look established. Removing it costs $40 more per month, or $480 a year, and re-prices every existing seat from $20 to $30 at the same time. ManyRequests says 84% of customers choose Pro, which is what you would expect when branding sits on the upper tier.

There are no transaction fees. You pay Stripe's rates and nothing to ManyRequests, which puts them ahead of Assembly, Bonsai and HoneyBook on the thing we care most about: your client tool should not touch your money.

The seat math nobody publishes#

Adding two teammates on Pro monthly takes ManyRequests from $99 to $159 per month, and a five-person team from $99 to $219, before those people bill you a single hour.

Team sizeCore monthlyCore annualPro monthlyPro annual
1 (solo)$59$39$99$79
2$79$54$129$104
3$99$69$159$129
5$139$99$219$179
10$239$174$369$304

Annual totals, for the two cases people actually buy: a solo who wants their own branding pays $948 a year on Pro annual, or $1,188 billed monthly. A five-person agency on Pro monthly pays $2,628.

Over three years, a solo on Pro annual spends $2,844. The same three years on Raoura's flat $17 costs $612. The gap is $2,232, and every dollar of it buys features that need a team to be worth anything.

The seven alternatives, priced#

Across the seven tools below, the cheapest plan that includes a client portal ranges from $14.99 to $59 per month, and the cheapest plan that includes full white labeling ranges from $17 to $399.

Prices below were verified against each vendor's own page in July 2026, except the two marked with a caret, which come from the vendor's public listing and should be confirmed before you buy. Pricing moves; check the link.

Three things fall out of that table. SuiteDash undercuts ManyRequests by $40 a month while including the white labeling ManyRequests charges extra for. Assembly is the only tool here that takes a percentage of your invoices on top of Stripe. And the two cheapest options, Raoura and Sagely, are the two that do not pretend to run a team.

When ManyRequests is the right answer#

If more than one person touches client work, buy ManyRequests and stop reading this list.

Three situations where it wins outright, and where we lose badly:

Work assignment. Requests arriving in a queue and being routed to whoever has capacity is a real problem the moment you have two people, and ManyRequests solves it with auto-assignment and workload management. Raoura has no concept of assignment, because it has no concept of a second person.

Time as the billing unit. ManyRequests tracks hours, produces timesheets and utilization reports, and turns tracked time into a retainer invoice. If you bill hourly through a team, that loop is the product. We do not track time at all.

The subscription request model. If you sell unlimited-requests design or video, the queue is the shape of your business. Milestones are the wrong abstraction and we would be selling you the wrong tool.

When ManyRequests is the wrong purchase#

A solo freelancer on ManyRequests Pro is paying about $79 to $99 a month for a portal, and $0 of that buys anything the coordination features do.

Look at what the extra money buys on Pro: Slack notifications for your team, workload management to plan your team's capacity, webhooks, and the removal of a branding line. For one person, three of those four are inert. You are buying agency software and using the client-facing 20% of it.

The second mismatch is what a solo actually loses money to. Not unassigned requests. Scope that grew without a signed change order, work started without a deposit, and an invoice nobody chased for six weeks. ManyRequests bills and tracks; it is not built around proposals and contracts the way a solo needs. That is the gap we built into.

Raoura: flat $17, solo only (our product)#

Raoura is $17 per month on a single plan with no seats and no tiers, covering proposals with e-signature, contracts, invoicing with deposits and milestone payments, projects, and a branded client portal, with payments running through your own Stripe account.

Weigh this section accordingly; it is our product.

The design constraint was the tier gate. One plan means there is no cheaper plan that quietly omits the portal, and no upgrade required to take our name off your client's screen. Your client sees your logo, your colour, your typeface, on every plan, because there is only one.

Money moves through your own Stripe account. We add no platform fee and never hold your funds, the same position we took in why your client tool should never touch your money.

Watch out for: we are deliberately solo-only, and that is a real ceiling. There are no seats, no teammate to assign work to, no shared inbox, and no request queue for a subscription client to file into. Hire one person and you have outgrown us. If you are already weighing that, buy ManyRequests now and skip the migration.

The question to ask before you switch#

Your portal ends up holding every contract, invoice, and file your business produces, and none of the pages ranking for this query asks what happens to that when you leave.

This is not hypothetical in this category. Fiverr Workspace gave users roughly a month to export before the data went dark, which we documented in the Fiverr Workspace shutdown guide. Bonsai now belongs to Zoom and the acquisition notice says "absorbed over time".

To ManyRequests' credit, they publish a migration service and offer free migration support, which is more than most vendors here do. Before you commit to any tool on this page, ours included, get three answers in writing: what formats you can export contracts, invoices and files in; whether clients lose portal access the day you cancel; and whether there is a read-only grace period.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest ManyRequests alternative?

Sagely at a listed $14.99/mo and Raoura at $17/mo are the cheapest on this list, and both are built for one person. Among tools that genuinely run a team, SuiteDash at $19/mo ($15 annual) is the cheapest with white labeling included.

Does ManyRequests charge per client?

No. Invited clients are free and unlimited on both plans. Only people inside your organisation consume a seat, at $20/mo on Core and $30/mo on Pro.

How do I remove "Powered by ManyRequests"?

Upgrade to the Pro plan at $99/mo ($79 annual). It is not available on Core, so budget $480 a year for branding removal alone if you are on monthly billing.

Does ManyRequests take a percentage of my invoices?

No. You pay standard Stripe fees and nothing to ManyRequests. Assembly, by contrast, adds a 0.5% to 1.5% platform fee depending on plan and billing type.

Is there a free ManyRequests plan?

No. There is a 14-day trial with no card required. Agency Handy runs a 7-day trial; Raoura runs 14 days.

Should a solo freelancer use ManyRequests?

Usually not. The features that justify the price (auto-assignment, workload management, utilization reporting, team Slack alerts) all assume a team. A solo is paying agency rates for the portal alone.
