ManyRequests Pricing (2026): The Seat Math and the $480 Branding Tax

ManyRequests publishes two prices, $59 and $99 per month, and both are the cost of exactly one person using the software. Every teammate after you adds $20 to $30 per month. The feature most people buy a client portal for, putting your name on it instead of the vendor's, is not in the $59 plan.

We pulled manyrequests.com/pricing on 22 July 2026 and ran the totals nobody publishes: what it costs as you hire, what the upgrade to Pro actually triggers, and where it sits against the tools it competes with.

Disclosure: Raoura is our product and it appears at the end of this article. It is a solo tool and it is not a ManyRequests replacement for anyone with a team. We say so in more detail in our ManyRequests alternatives comparison.

The published prices#

Core is $59/mo and Pro is $99/mo billed monthly, falling to $39 and $79 when paid annually, a 20% discount. Every plan includes one seat.

Enterprise starts at $1,000/mo, is quoted per seat, and adds API access, a branded mobile app, and concierge onboarding. That is a procurement conversation rather than a pricing page decision, so it sits outside the tables below.

There is no free plan. The trial runs 14 days and takes no card.

What is in each plan#

Both plans carry the full feature base. Pro adds six things, two of which are the reason most people upgrade.

Included on Core and Pro alike: client portal, time-tracking, requests, billing, CRM, reporting, unlimited clients, custom domain, design and video proofing, Zapier, and extensions for embedding external tools in the portal.

Pro adds Slack integration, customisable email notifications, webhooks, additional integrations such as Rewardful, workload management for planning team capacity, and the option to remove the "Powered by ManyRequests" link.

The custom domain sitting on Core is worth flagging as a genuine strength. Several competitors gate the custom domain far higher. Assembly, for instance, puts it on its $149/mo Professional plan.

The branding tax#

Removing "Powered by ManyRequests" requires Pro, which costs $40 more per month than Core, or $480 a year on monthly billing.

This is the line item that catches solo buyers and small teams. The reason to buy a client portal is usually to look established to your client. On Core, the client reaches a portal on your own domain, with your colours, and a link crediting the software vendor at the bottom.

ManyRequests states that 84% of customers choose Pro. That number is doing a lot of work: when the feature people buy the category for sits on the upper tier, upper-tier adoption is not a preference, it is the price.

The upgrade compounds, because it also re-prices seats. Moving from Core to Pro takes each additional team member from $20 to $30 per month at the same time.

The real monthly cost by team size#

A three-person team on Pro monthly pays $159, not $99. A five-person team pays $219.

One seat is included; the figures below add $20 (Core) or $30 (Pro) per extra person, and $15 or $25 on annual billing.

Team sizeCore monthlyCore annualPro monthlyPro annual
1$59$39$99$79
2$79$54$129$104
3$99$69$159$129
5$139$99$219$179
10$239$174$369$304

Annual totals for the four cases people actually buy:

ScenarioPer year
Solo, Core annual (with vendor branding)$468
Solo, Pro annual (own branding)$948
Solo, Pro monthly$1,188
Five people, Pro monthly$2,628

The spread between a solo who tolerates the branding line and a solo who does not is $480 a year. The spread between annual and monthly billing on Pro is $240. Paying yearly is the single largest saving available here.

What it does not cost#

ManyRequests takes no percentage of your invoices. You pay Stripe's rates and nothing more.

This deserves credit because it is not the norm. Assembly charges a 0.5% to 1.5% platform fee by plan and billing type. Bonsai adds 1% if you route payments through your own Stripe rather than theirs, plus 2.5% on currency conversion. HoneyBook is the processor and gives you no choice at all.

On $200,000 of client invoices, Assembly's 0.5% invoice fee is $1,000 a year on top of subscription and card processing. ManyRequests' equivalent line is zero. We have written at length about why your client tool should never touch your money; ManyRequests is on the right side of that.

Clients are also free. Invite as many as you like on either plan without touching the seat count. Several competitors cap clients on entry tiers: Assembly's Starter stops at 50, and Plutio's Core allows nine active clients a month.

Is it worth it#

For a team replacing four or more tools, the maths works. For one person, it does not, because half of what you are paying for requires a second person to do anything.

The honest case for ManyRequests at $99: a five-person agency running a productized service would otherwise pay for a project tool, a time tracker, an invoicing tool, a CRM, and a portal, then spend real hours keeping them in sync. Replacing that stack with one subscription at $219 for five people is a defensible trade, and the free migration support lowers the switching cost further.

The case against it for a solo: auto-assignment routes work to nobody. Workload management plans the capacity of a team of one. Utilization reporting answers a question you can answer by looking at your calendar. Slack alerts notify a channel you are the only member of. You are buying agency software and using the client-facing portion.

Cheaper tools that include white labeling#

SuiteDash includes full white labeling on its $19/mo START plan ($15 annual), $40 a month less than ManyRequests Core, which does not include it at all.

Verified in our client portal audit in July 2026. SuiteDash is flat-priced rather than per seat and takes no cut of payments. The trade is a configuration surface that takes real time to set up, so compare it on time-to-first-invoice, not just price.

For one person specifically, Raoura is $17 per month on a single plan: proposals with e-signature, contracts, invoicing with deposits and milestone payments, projects, and a branded client portal, with no seat pricing and no branding upgrade because there is only one plan. Payments run through your own Stripe.

Watch out for: Raoura is solo-only by design. No seats, no teammates, no shared inbox, no request queue. Everything in this article that made ManyRequests worth $99 to an agency is a reason not to buy us.
